Facilities Scheduling Contact
Church Office: Groups, committees and
organizations of Christ & Grace wishing to use the Parish Hall or
other facilities for meetings or events should contact the Church
Office as soon as the meeting is scheduled to ensure that space is
available on the requested date. This information is required for
the calendar: event or meeting, contact person, date, time, room
requested, number expected to attend and special requests (i.e.
set-up, chairs, video, etc.)
